Most times when we need to quickly switch networks or change our subscription plan we do face some difficulties in getting the right subscription code for the plan we want. Also, some people do not know what plans are available and thereby, they are stock on the only plan they know, even when it is not convenient for them.

To get an MEP code, it can only be generated based on details of your phone. MEP codes are unique, they are not universal.

As at today, MTN does not offer BIS DAY subscription plans.

The N3,000 and N1,500 plans are the same in every way except that with the N3,000 plan, you can run 10 email accounts on your blackberry but with the N1,500 plan, you are entitled to run only one email account. The data limits for both plans are unlimited, although fare usage rules apply.

When it expired I was expecting to get a notification that I shld subscribe for another week or month as d case may be, but I didn’t. I loaded my phone with 1500 and wanted to change to BBC(complete) monthly. Instead mtn deducted my phone of 500 and told me that my subscription is still active and dat I have one more week. This has happen twice. I am tired of dis weekly stuff and want to change to d monthly plan. Plssssss, hw do I go abt it. Thanks
Posted by Adetutu | January 4, 2013, 6:32 pmYou are having the said problem because your BB plan is set to auto renew. You have to send a text to a particular number to cancel auto-renew and then when you current plan expires, you can now use any other plan that you intend.

I have tried rebooting my bb 4 times and it will still not activate. How do I resend service plans since etisalat call center will not take call for hours – I have been trying to call them.
